The McLane Food High Plains Regional Facility is an 800,000 SF food distribution center consisting of large freezer and cooler vaults, dry grocery warehouse space, and office space for their regional managerial staff and grocery buyers. Truck Servicing buildings on the site provide maintenance for their truck fleet. This facility operates on sophisticated air supply and exhaust systems, and floor areas utilize “trap-rock” industrial concrete floors. This 800,000 SF food distribution facility was constructed via low-temp wall construction and includes:
- A large freezer
- Cooler vaults
- Dry grocery warehouse space
- Office space
- Truck Maintenance buildings
