The McLane High Plains Regional Distribution Center is an 800,000 SF, state-of-the-art, multi-temperature logistics facility. It features expansive freezer and cooler vaults, dry grocery warehouse space, and dedicated office areas for regional management and grocery buyers.
The site also includes truck servicing buildings that support the company’s delivery fleet. To meet McLane’s rigorous operational standards, the facility incorporates advanced air supply and exhaust systems, durable “trap-rock” industrial concrete flooring, and specialized low-temperature wall construction.
