About the project

The new state-of-the-art facility comprises three buildings. The main building, which spans over 482,000 SF, houses a controlled temperature warehouse, cold storage, a drive-thru, receiving and shipping docks, and support functions. The facility also includes parking areas for staff and trucks. The facility is located on the main site that spans 33 acres south of Highway 820. A second building, measuring 8,800 SF, is located on the east end of the 33-acre site and serves as a truck wash and minor service building.
