Renovation of 24,200 GSF included entire basement with prop lab, trap room, orchestra pit, light storage room, workroom, and circulation/service spaces; first floor - lobby, theatre, paint lab, metal shop, and backstage crossover for actors with dressing rooms, green room, and restrooms and second floor - theatre support areas. New construction of 11,328 GSF included first floor - a costume lab with classroom space, fitting rooms, dye and laundry rooms and four office spaces for teaching staff; and second floor - a new administrative suite for the TCVPA and graduate student office suite. The Costume Lab was located in Weeks Hall and relocated to this building as part of the project.
