University Medical Center’s new Medical Office Plaza II in Lubbock, TX, is a four-story, 81,614 SF building located adjacent to the original Medical Office Plaza. The entry for the new building is designed to work with the existing building to create a consolidated destination for both. Anticipated clinical services include Family Practice and General Medicine clinics. A new plaza and covered patient drop-off at the main entry allow connection to the existing Medical Office Plaza building.
