The Watson/Sysco Office and Warehouse was established in 2000 as part of Sysco Corporation's expansion to better serve the West Texas region. The facility consists of approximately 82,500 SF of new refrigerator-freezer warehouse space designed for high-volume operations and temperature-controlled logistics, and a two-story 8,400 SF Administrative area. The facility also includes:

- 1,500 SF -20°F degree Ice Cream Freezer
- 13,000 SF 28°F to 55°F degree Coolers
- 12,000 SF 40°F degree Cold Dock
- 6,000 SF Battery Charging/Maintenance
- 2,100 SF Refrigeration Equipment Room
Comprehensive site work included grading for surface drainage, paving, site utilities, landscape enhancement, and fencing. These developments reflect Sysco's commitment to enhancing its distribution capabilities to meet the growing demands of its service areas.
