Chief Executive Officer
Hometown: Lubbock, TX
Lee grew up in Lubbock and was exposed to the construction industry from an early age, where he often helped his dad who had a local construction business. Lee said, “My father was a tough contractor. I was actually a competitor of my father when I started my company. He taught me all the values of hard work, to do it right and honestly; that’s one thing he did teach me. He was a good builder."
Lee has earned many distinguished awards throughout his career, such as being named the Texas Techsan recipient for the ‘Youngest Successful Contractor in the US’ in 1987 and Dallas Contractor of the Year in 2008 by the Dallas Chapter of the AIA (American Institute of Architects) to name a few.

Meet Ryan
Chief Operating Officer
Hometown: Lubbock, TX
Raised in Lubbock and deeply rooted in the construction industry, Ryan naturally found his way into the family business. Before joining Lee Lewis Construction, he built a distinguished career in public safety and emergency medicine, fields where reliability and commitment are paramount. This dedication to serving others in their time of need, with no room for failure, seamlessly translates into his role at LLCI, where he continues the company’s longstanding legacy of putting people first. From an early age, he was taught that regardless of the industry, success is rooted in serving others and being there when they need us most. Ryan is passionate about preserving the relationship-driven, people-centered culture that has been at the heart of Lee Lewis Construction since its founding.
Ryan is a residency-trained, board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership, executive, and teaching roles across emergency medicine, special operations, and the training and operational support of law enforcement, EMS, and military personnel.
He lives with his wife, Michelle, and their three children. In his free time, Ryan enjoys playing golf and other outdoor activities with friends and family. When possible, he continues to work occasional shifts in the ER, fueling his passion for emergency medicine and maintaining his board certification and lifelong commitment to serving others.
What is the best piece of advice you have ever been given? To surround yourself with great people.
Favorite sports team? Texas Tech Athletics, KC Chiefs, and of course the Cowboys
Most unusual thing on your desk? Challenge coins from previous careers and the interactions each of them represents.

Meet Anthony
Chief Experience Officer
Hometown: Lubbock, TX
Growing up in Lubbock, TX, as a second-generation leader of Lee Lewis Construction, Inc. Anthony has served in a variety of capacities since beginning his career with LLCI, over 20 years ago. As Chief Experience Officer, Anthony is responsible for enhancing the overall customer experience as well as maintaining relationships with trade-partners and industry partners.
In his free time, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and son, and their three dogs. When the weather allows, he can be found at the lake, fishing, and hunting. A passionate hockey fan, Anthony enjoys watching his son play ice hockey and cheering on the Dallas Stars!
What is the best piece of advice you have ever been given? Take one day at a time.
#1 thing on your bucket list? To see the Dallas Stars win the Stanley Cup!
Interesting fact about you? I own an Afghan Hound dog.

Meet Jason
President
Hometown: Turkey, TX
Jason has served in a variety of capacities since the beginning of his career and has extensive experience in many types of construction projects. As our President, Jason has corporate responsibility for upholding Lee’s obligations to each owner, which is to ensure that on-time completion is achieved, within budget, and at a level of quality consistent with each owner’s and architect’s standards on every project he is assigned.
Jason lives in Lubbock, with his wife Amanda and their pomerat, Piper Scout. They have a daughter studying at Texas Tech and a son who is busy working on his career with FedEx. Outside of work, Jason enjoys hunting, fishing, snow skiing, and spending time with family and friends.
What is the best piece of advice you have ever been given? Always give your best, then you have no regrets!
#1 thing on your bucket list? To drive a muscle car at 200 mph.
If you could meet any celebrity, dead or alive, who would you choose? Robert Duvall

Meet Ty
Executive Vice President
Hometown: Lubbock, TX
Growing up just outside of Lubbock, where his family owned a small construction company, Ty was immersed in the industry from an early age, making a career in construction a natural path. Ty attended Texas Tech University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology. During college, Ty interned with LLCI on the high-profile Pizza Hut Park Facility project for FC Dallas and Hunt Sports Group in Frisco, Texas. After graduation, he joined the company full-time as an Assistant Project Manager and has since grown into his career role as Executive Vice President of Construction.
As Executive Vice President, Ty serves as the liaison between the owner, design teams, and LLCI. His primary responsibility is to safeguard successful relationships and ensure effective communication between all parties. Overseeing the daily processes of our North Texas and Central Texas operations, he coordinates the project and field teams, trade partners, client owners, and architectural/design teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, under budget, and meet the owner's and our standards for quality. He works closely with the project team to set objectives and goals, manages schedules and budgets from preconstruction through project turnover, and oversees the integration and implementation of new technologies to improve communication and coordination with clients.
Ty lives in Frisco with his wife and children. Outside of work, he enjoys participating in Scouting activities with his sons, traveling, and spending time with friends and family at his family’s ranch in the Texas Panhandle.

Meet Kirk
Chief Estimator, Vice President
Hometown: Lubbock, TX
Kirk earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Texas Tech University and began his career at LLCI as a Project Manager/Estimator. He later advanced to Chief Estimator, where he gained the knowledge and experience to become the VP of Preconstruction in our Lubbock office. With a strong background in both preconstruction and hard bid estimating, Kirk is a proven leader known for delivering projects that consistently meet or exceed bid goals. His deep technical expertise and methodical approach allow him to produce highly detailed preliminary programs and schematic estimates. Kirk oversees all estimating operations, including budgeting, estimate preparation, bidding, value optimization, and subcontractor coordination. He also leads the team in identifying and implementing value engineering solutions to maximize project efficiency and client value.
Kirk grew up immersed in the construction industry and proudly represents the third generation in his family to work alongside the Lewis family. A dedicated patriot with family roots tracing back to Jamestown in 1621, Kirk is also an Eagle Scout, an honor earned by less than 2% of all Scouts. He and his wife, Cindy, live in Lubbock, where they raised their two sons. Outside of work, Kirk enjoys music, fishing, and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
What is the best piece of advice you've been given? Always keep your mindset to grow and learn, things are not often as they first appear.
Most unusual thing on your desk? An antique fishing rod and reel and a brass boat propeller.
Interesting fact about you? I’m a professional sound guy and roadie for my wife, who is a multi-award-winning Christian Recording Artist, Writer & Musician.

Meet Devin
Vice President of Preconstruction, VDC/BIM
Hometown: Mansfield, TX
Devin earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Texas Tech University. During his time in school, he interned at Lee Lewis Construction for three years before transitioning into a full-time role as an Estimator and BIM Technician. Having grown up around the industry, where his father owned a construction company specializing in security systems, audio/visual integration, and access control, Devin’s career in construction was a natural fit.
Now serving as Vice President of Preconstruction, Devin leads all estimating activities, including budgeting, bidding, value optimization, and subcontractor coordination. His deep knowledge of construction, combined with his expertise in advanced technology and strong industry relationships, enables him and his team to consistently deliver value, exceed owner expectations, and maximize return on investment.
Devin also plays a vital role in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Building Information Modeling (BIM). His technical expertise and hands-on experience with these tools make him an effective liaison between owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring the technology is fully leveraged to benefit every project.
When he’s not working, Devin enjoys hunting, fishing, rock crawling, working out, and most of all, spending quality time with his wife, Carly, their son, Wyatt, and daughter, Stevie.
What is the best piece of advice you have ever been given? Don’t use mistakes as an excuse to weigh you down, instead use them as building blocks to raise you up.
#1 thing on your bucket list? To leave this world in a little better shape than when I stepped into it.
Interesting fact about you? I consider myself a big nerd.

Meet Neil
Vice President of Construction | Lubbock
Hometown: Pasadena, TX
Neil has held various positions at LLCI, where he has continued to uphold the same core values and goals that Lee built this company. As Vice President of Construction, Neil serves as the Owner/GC liaison and is responsible for building and safeguarding successful owner relationships. His responsibilities include daily involvement with the project to ensure that on-time completion is achieved, within budget, and at a level of quality consistent with the owner’s standards. Neil works closely with the owners to help identify needs, develop effective communication strategies, ensure the quality and accuracy of projects, set objectives and goals, and manage schedules and budgets as needed for the project team.
Neil lives in Post, with his wife, April, where they raised their four children and now enjoy spending time with their seven grandchildren. In his free time, Neil enjoys playing golf and managing their 10 sows and raising show pigs E6 livestock. He and April attend The Worship Center of Lubbock, where they participate in the Intentional Marriage fellowship and where Neil serves on the Board.
What is the best piece of advice you have ever been given? Do your best, let God do the rest.

Meet Josh
Vice President of Construction | Lubbock
Hometown: Lubbock, TX
Josh has been immersed in the construction industry from an early age. At just 16, he began working with Lee Lewis Construction under the guidance of his father, a longtime Superintendent with the company. Over the years, Josh gained hands-on experience in various roles within LLCI, ultimately earning his master’s degree from Texas Tech University before stepping into the role of Project Manager. Now serving as Vice President of Construction, Josh is responsible for building and maintaining strong owner relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of each project. He holds corporate responsibility for meeting LLCI’s commitments, with daily involvement in his projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Josh lives in Lubbock with his wife, Nanette, and their two children, Alyssa and Jax. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing golf.
Favorite Music? It varies, country music when dancing, classic rock when playing golf, really anything before the 1990s.
What is the best piece of advice you have ever been given? It’s not how many times you fall, it’s how you pick yourself up.
Interesting fact about you? My four brothers and Dad all work in construction.

Meet Jennifer
Vice President of Construction | Dallas
Hometown: The Colony, TX
As Vice President of Construction, Jennifer serves as the primary liaison between the owner and LLCI, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring clear, consistent communication across all project stakeholders. Known for her integrity and leadership, she has earned the trust of clients and team members alike. She is actively engaged in the day-to-day management of each project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards expected by the owner. Jennifer’s responsibilities include identifying project needs, developing strategic communication plans, maintaining quality control, and guiding the team toward established goals, timelines, and financial targets.
Jennifer lives in Allen with her husband, Chris, and their son, Carter. They have an adorable Airedale Terrier, Ellie, a lively flock of ducks, Khaki, Wade, Cocoa, and Beans, and a barn cat named Waffles. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys cheering on Carter at his soccer games, baking, gardening, and spending quality time with family and friends by the pool. She has recently discovered a passion for pickleball and has even built a court in her backyard! She loves traveling to beautiful beaches and enjoys attending Metallica concerts across the country with her mom and son.
Favorite Music? Classic Rock & Metal
What is the best piece of advice you have ever been given? My dad taught me early on that communication is key in every aspect of life, and that lesson has always stuck with me.

Meet Michael
Vice President of Construction | San Angelo
Hometown: San Angelo, TX
Michael began his career with Lee Lewis Construction as a carpenter and quickly advanced to the role of Project Engineer. Through hard work and dedication, he has steadily risen through the ranks and now serves as Vice President of Construction. In this role, Michael takes a hands-on approach, guiding projects from start to finish. He coordinates and leads diverse project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Subcontractors, and Laborers, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the construction process. Michael is committed to the core principles of safety, quality, integrity, timeliness, and relationship-building. His leadership is grounded in clear, honest communication and a strong focus on delivering projects that meet the highest standards, on time and within budget.
Michael lives in San Angelo with his wife of over 20 years, Ashley, and their three children. Their oldest, Kelton, attends Texas Tech University; Gage is an avid competitive debater at Central High School; and Lola brings joy and laughter to their home as a spirited middle schooler. The family recently added a new Aussie-doodle puppy named Charley to their crew. Outside of work, Michael enjoys writing, reading, drawing, music, and taking mission trips, but his favorite moments are spent walking through life with his kids.
#1 thing on your bucket list? To find and solve an ancient treasure map with a close group of friends (pretty much the plot of Goonies).
What is the best piece of advice you have ever been given? Nothing worth anything is ever easy.
Most unusual thing on your desk? Gold Star stickers that I give to my team when they need to be celebrated.

Meet Will
Director of Environmental Safety & Health
Hometown: North Padre Island, TX
Will began his career with Lee Lewis in 2008 as a laborer, before advancing to a carpenter’s apprentice while attending Texas Tech University. After graduating, he served as a Safety Coordinator under the guidance of his father, Frank, who was then Vice President of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE/HR). Through this experience, Will developed a strong foundation in maintaining safe job sites and protecting employees. In 2022, following his father's retirement, Will stepped into the role of Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS). In this leadership position, he oversees the company's comprehensive EHS program, which includes establishing policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting site inspections, coordinating training, and addressing project and worker concerns. Will values collaboration with the entire project team, from owners to laborers, to achieve the company's goal of zero incidents and zero injuries.
Will and his wife, Kaitlyn, live in Ropesville, Texas, with their two dogs, Molly and Soba. In his spare time, Will enjoys working on vehicles, particularly restoring and maintaining classic Ford Explorers.
#1 thing on your bucket list? Drive to the Arctic Circle in my old Ford Explorer.
Favorite sports team? Texas Tech Red Raiders!
Most unusual thing on your desk? A piece of the first Mercedes M-Class.

Meet Savannah
Marketing Director
Hometown: Grosse Pointe Woods, MI
Savannah holds a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Science from St. Edward’s University, both focused on marketing-related studies. Raised in an Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) family, she chose to pursue a career on the corporate side of the industry after college. As Marketing Director, Savannah oversees all marketing functions, including pursuits, internal and external communications, events, sponsorships, and collateral. With nearly a decade of experience, she has been involved in all aspects of corporate marketing, starting with her first job as a Business Development Coordinator with a national engineering firm, to now leading LLCI’s marketing strategy. Savannah serves as a liaison between all teams, standardizing the Lee Lewis message.
Outside of work, Savannah enjoys reading, fishing, spin classes, Pilates, but mostly spending time with her family in the DFW area.
What is the best piece of advice you have ever been given? Do not make your life a performance piece for the judgment of others; do what makes you happy and leave the rest up to God.
