Salado ISD | Salado Middle School

Salado, TX

About the project

The first district facility to be built in more than a decade, Salado ISD’s new middle school is setting the standard for Eagle pride. A two-story, glass-enclosed library anchors the core of the building while soaring ceilings and an abundance of north-facing windows flood the building’s gathering spaces with daylight. Each space is thoughtfully designed to accommodate future expansion on the site, maximizing the district’s ability to address projected growth and manage aging facilities. The school can house 730 students and incorporates durable materials for maximum longevity. The exterior aesthetic features a neutral color palette with local Central Texas limestone.
