Lubbock Logistics Center Building II is a 201,913 SF high-tech industrial distribution facility. The center is located on the south side of Lubbock Business Park Blvd, which is home to Lummus Corporation, Monsanto, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Republic National Distributing Company, and the Department of Public Safety among others. The buildings are cross-dock configured and built to accommodate users from 100,956 – 201,913 SF. Property features include a Hi-Tech Distribution and Service Center, 36’ clear height, 130’ truck court depth, 50’ x 50’ column spacing, cross-dock, 56 dock doors, 100 trailer parking positions, and 198 parking spots.
