About the project

The Student Recreation Center at Texas Tech University expansion includes the addition of three indoor basketball courts surrounded by a suspended indoor running track, new weight training areas, new cardio-vascular workout areas, and new classrooms for aerobics, kickboxing, etc. The project also included the renovation of the existing recreation center and natatorium. These renovations include the addition of a 50-foot climbing wall for students and faculty to put their climbing skills to the test.
