With 15 years dedicated to safety, Will’s passion for protecting our people is deeply rooted. Over the past year alone, Will served as lead Safety Manager on 55 projects, implementing initiatives focused on fall protection, aerial lift SOPs, and increased ladder safety awareness, helping reduce our incident rate by 30%.
Through strong leadership, coaching, and a companywide commitment to tying off in aerial lifts, incidents involving falls from scissor lifts have been reduced to zero. Will continues to lead by example, ensuring safety remains at the forefront of every jobsite and office.
